Guiltless Blueberry Pie

When I think of summer time, I always picture the beach, 4th of July, red, white and blue and socializing with the neighbors over great food (and drinks of course).  Here in North Carolina, the month of July is usually scorching  hot and we do a lot of grilling and sitting on our back porch relaxing.  One of my favorite light desserts to make is blueberry pie.  It is more like a creamy, sugary yummy pie than it is the fruit.  But, here it is with a healthier twist.

So easy!

2 graham cracker pie shells (pre-made)
3 cups fresh blueberries
1-cup confectioners sugar
1 – 8oz. package of fat free cream cheese, softened
½  teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1-cup frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

Directions:  Prepare pie shells according to package directions.  In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add the cinnamon and vanilla.  Fold in whip cream.  Fill pie shells and sprinkle with fresh blueberries.  Refrigerate before serving.
