Behind the Blog...

Hi, my name is Kristi and I’m the mama behind the Wee Little Changes blog! I am married to a wonderful man who makes it possible for me to stay at home with our four amazing children. I have three boys, ages 10, 7, and 10 months and one girl, age 4. We live in Pennsylvania where the weather is just turning warm again. It’s this time of year that makes me happy to live here.

When my daughter was almost two, a friend introduced us to Bumgenius diapers. She raved about them. And when I got a look at her son in that diaper, I had to try it out on my daughter. We bought two pink one-sized diapers to test drive and used them at night as she was potty training. I was hooked. I knew after that couple of months using cloth that I wanted to do cloth full time for our next child. After all, they were adorable, they worked really well, they were good for the environment, and they were going to save us a ton of money!

So when I got pregnant again, I told my husband that I wanted to cloth diaper this baby. He was hesitant but went along with it. I don’t think he believed I would stick with it. Boy, did I prove him wrong. Ten months later, our youngest son is still in cloth everyday though I switch what I use pretty regularly. Sometimes I love prefolds and covers, other times I adore our pockets. I’ve even made semi-fitteds for him out of our old receiving blankets and some extra fleece.

In the last two years of my cloth diapering journey, I’ve read and researched everything I could find about cloth diapers. I’m still learning new things every day and am so excited to share all that information with you.

Kristi is one of my BFF's (so high school lol) and I was super excited that she joined me as a cloth diapering mamma. I feel so proud watching her fall head over heels in love with cloth :) Have fun with the blog!!!

I bet the difference in the bottom line after sposie-ing the first three is tremendous!
